The heritage dwelling in Sydney’s Lower North Shore was significantly refurbished accompanied by a newly built bespoke addition. The façade of the residence was renovated by repointing the brickwork and portals, which now ornate new decorative stained glass. Internally, the aged timber floors were French polished, and a new parquetry floor was installed, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the dwelling. To restore the heritage character, custom horsehair plaster ceiling moulds were carefully installed. Additionally, a new three-level attached home was constructed with elegant finishes, utilising sandstone biscuits for the façade. The basement houses an impressive bespoke indoor lap pool, sauna, and car turntable.
