The top-floor apartment with stunning views of Walsh Bay was extensively renovated to enhance its aesthetic appeal. The project encompassed the construction of a unique curved staircase that led to a newly built mezzanine level. The attention to detail was evident in the intricate design of the curved plasterboard walls and ceilings. The stairs were adorned with elegant Oak timber treads and risers, adding a touch of sophistication. The kitchen was transformed into a designer space, featuring a Calcutta marble island bench and splashback. Custom-made joinery and hardwood timber herringbone floors were meticulously built to excellent quality to complement the overall design. Additionally, a new bathroom was created, with honed Travertine stone lining the floors and walls.
