Smartstone engaged CBS Builders to deliver a 1,200m² warehouse with integrated office facilities. Due to high water tables, foundations required 15-metre screw piles for stability. The structure was built using structural steel with cladding façades and Colorbond roofing to create a durable and efficient industrial environment.
