This façade transformation was completed in four carefully planned stages using a custom-designed scaffold system tailored to the building’s irregular structural profile. CBS Builders removed and recycled approximately 1,900m² of existing cladding across two towers and installed a compliant façade system incorporating new framing, sarking, and insulation. The upgrade included Vitrapanel Copper Brown pre-finished panels with Aodeli Satin Brown anodised reveals, creating a durable and contemporary finish. New balustrade framing and an engineered steel purlin system were integrated to support large-span cladding areas. The project delivered a compliant, high-performance façade with improved durability and enhanced architectural presentation, completed ahead of programme with no defects at completion.
