The extensive refurbishment and remedial work at Peppers Manor House in the Southern Highlands delivered significant upgrades across the property, including a renovation of 43 guest rooms. A new veranda was added, extending into a stunning indoor/outdoor event space capable of hosting up to 300 guests. This versatile venue features a grand open stone fireplace, a rustic wooden bar, a fixed ceiling with integrated heating and lighting, retractable walls, and state-of-the-art sound and audiovisual technology. Alongside the new event space, the property also introduced a relaxed casual dining venue, and refreshed reception, foyer, and lounge areas, all enhanced with heritage restoration work. The scope of the project also included upgrades to the grounds, roads, and car parking facilities. This comprehensive refurbishment successfully blended heritage and modern sophistication, creating a beautifully restored property that perfectly complements its stunning country setting.
