This multi-building upgrade was delivered across fully occupied high-rise towers in Sydney Olympic Park, requiring precise sequencing and disciplined planning to meet DBP Act compliance. Works included remedial upgrades to internal bathrooms and balconies, planter box repairs with new PVC sheet membranes, and structural rectification. Extensive scaffolding enabled the replacement of non-compliant façade cladding and the installation of new window suites.
