Premium penthouses in Double Bay underwent extensive remedial upgrades. Works included forming and waterproofing new hobs for DBP-compliant sliding door systems, full balcony remediation with a new Wolfin PVC membrane, and substrate preparation for long-term durability. A custom-engineered structural steel frame was installed to support a bespoke awning enclosure, enhancing the functionality and architectural presence of the outdoor spaces. The project delivered compliant, durable and elegantly improved residences.
