Premium penthouses in Double Bay underwent extensive remedial works. The scope of the project included forming and waterproofing new hobs to allow the supply and installation of new sliding door systems, which were carefully chosen to ensure compliance with the Design Builders Practitioners Act, whilst elevating both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the penthouses. In addition, a detailed restoration of the balcony substrates was carried out, involving the grinding of existing surfaces in preparation for the application of a new Wolfin PVC sheet membrane. This work ensured long-term durability and superior waterproofing applications. The project included the fabrication and installation of a custom structural steel framework designed specifically for a new awning enclosure. This bespoke feature added both style and functionality to the outdoor spaces, providing an elegant solution for shade and weather protection.
