An innovative new dental hospital was constructed across from Miranda Westfields, featuring a distinctive and intricate design. The basement, spanning three floors, was constructed using a contiguous and soldier pile shoring system, reinforced with anchors. The construction of the seven-level structure was efficiently built with the use of mobile cranes. The dental hospital showcases an impressive high-performing façade, including glass patterned curtain walls, off-form concrete, and terracotta panels. To enhance the functionality of the dental hospital, a car stacker, lift, and comprehensive services were installed. The interior was carefully designed and built to accommodate A-grade medical consulting spaces, boutique day surgery areas, and radiology/imaging rooms.
