The Owners Corporation engaged CBS Builders to undertake significant remediation and alterations to its premium apartment complex in Bellevue Hill. The project focused on the façade window replacement for Level 1 and Level 3, which involved the supply and installation of classy Western Red Cedar windows, adding both warmth and timeless appeal to the building’s exterior. As part of the scope, slab edges were meticulously primed and prepared in preparation for waterproofing, ensuring long-term protection against the elements. The work also included painting and capping to complete the restoration and enhance the overall durability and aesthetic finish of the windows.
