With more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Evan is a key member of the CBS Builders Senior Management team, recognised for his structured leadership and hands-on approach to complex building projects. His experience spans remedial works, major refurbishments and new construction across hotels, large-scale mixed-use residential developments and commercial buildings.

He plays a key role in leading and delivering projects within challenging structural and operational environments. He works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to manage risk, maintain alignment and ensure projects progress with clarity and control from early investigation through to completion. Known for his honest and transparent approach, Evan has built trusted relationships with clients and project teams across all stages of project delivery.
