Thirty-four aged-care units underwent comprehensive refurbishment including new ensuites, kitchens, balconies and improved lounge/dining spaces. Communal areas were upgraded with a feature water installation, new rooftop social spaces and essential fire compliance enhancements. The project improved resident comfort, safety and amenity across the entire facility.
