This two-level harbourside residence underwent a premium refurbishment featuring a bespoke spiral structural steel staircase with polished handrails as the centrepiece. The renovation included vaulted plasterboard ceilings, curved wall profiles, tarnished bronze features and a custom-built kitchen with stone benchtops. Substrate rectification and installation of new hardwood floors completed the transformation. The result is a refined, architecturally sophisticated harbourside residence.
