This heritage residence underwent a significant refurbishment alongside the construction of a bespoke three-level addition. The original façade was restored through brickwork repointing and reinstated decorative stained-glass portals. Inside, aged timber floors were French-polished, new parquetry was installed, and traditional horsehair plaster ceiling moulds were recreated.
The new wing features hand-laid sandstone façades and refined architectural details, seamlessly bridging heritage character with contemporary luxury. A basement level houses an indoor lap pool, sauna and car turntable.
The project delivered a timeless, meticulously restored residence enriched with modern amenity.
