He plays an important role in upholding the company’s mature systems and procedural discipline—core components of CBS Builders’ 4.5 Gold Star performance under the iCIRT framework. Serafim excels at creating clarity from the outset, communicating openly with clients, consultants and contractors, and ensuring a smooth, coordinated delivery experience even in fully occupied or technically demanding environments.
