CBS Builders delivered a technically complex dental hospital opposite Westfield Miranda. The project included a three-level basement constructed using contiguous and soldier pile shoring with ground anchors. Above, the seven-level structure was erected efficiently using mobile crane methodologies and features a high-performing façade of patterned glazing, off-form concrete and terracotta panels. Inside, the facility accommodates A-grade consulting rooms, boutique day surgery suites, radiology/imaging rooms, a car stacker and integrated building services. The result is a sophisticated clinical facility combining advanced engineering and modern healthcare functionality.
