Delivered within the operational Bougainvillea Retirement Village, these remedial works are being carefully staged to maintain resident safety, access and amenity throughout construction.
The scope includes replacement of roof elements, gutters and fascia, together with new glazing and façade interface upgrades to enhance overall building envelope performance. Hydraulic drainage design is being coordinated and integrated with existing systems to ensure compliant, reliable operation. PVC sheet waterproofing membrane systems are being installed across critical areas to improve durability and prevent water ingress.
Façade and balcony works comprise targeted upgrades, reinstatement of brickwork to match existing finishes, balustrade strengthening, cavity flashing installation, and new architectural aluminium door systems — delivering improved performance while preserving the character of the village.
