CBS Builders was engaged to deliver cladding and façade compliance upgrades to a prominent residential building in Kingsford. The project began with the removal of combustible capping, and as the scope evolved, now includes the replacement of combustible window portals and façade cladding to meet current safety standards. Due to the building’s configuration and access constraints, the works were delivered using specialist abseiler — selected as the most efficient and least disruptive method for residents and building operations. This project highlights CBS Builders’ ability to adapt delivery strategies, manage expanding scopes and implement safe, compliant solutions on complex façades.
