CBS Builders delivered the full removal and recycling of 200m² of combustible cladding from a residential tower and lift shaft, followed by the installation of a compliant façade system incorporating new cladding, framing, sarking and insulation. Remedial waterproofing was completed to a suspended parapet using a Supremo PVC sheet membrane to ensure long-term performance. Access was managed through knuckle booms and scaffolding to safely deliver works within a constrained environment. Sleek HVG MondoClad panels were installed to complete the façade with a refined, modern two-tone aesthetic. The project was completed ahead of program, restoring full NCC compliance and visual uplift.
