CBS Builders delivered extensive refurbishment and remedial works at Peppers Manor House, including upgrades to 43 guest rooms, public areas and key heritage elements. A new indoor/outdoor event pavilion was constructed to accommodate up to 300 guests, featuring a grand stone fireplace, integrated heating and lighting, retractable walls and full AV capability. A new dining venue, refurbished reception and restored lounge areas complemented the estate’s character. Upgrades extended across grounds, roads and car parking, revitalising the property. The transformation preserved historic charm while elevating guest experience and operational functionality.
